Staff

Here is the general profile we are looking for when interviewing an applicant:

The educators in charge of supporting and guiding the children are not rigid in their teaching approach, but with psychological finesse, respect the personal rhythm of the children. They create a climate of confidence in which the children can be aware of their individuality as well as their sense of belonging to the group.

The babies are entrusted to the care of highly qualified and competent staff members. They have been selected for their gentle movements and voices to which, as we know, little ones are extremely sensitive.

Furthermore, to ensure the safety of the children, our employees must first meet the following criteria. They will:

  • have no criminal record

  • be gentle, affectionate and good-natured

  • be able to create and implement an educational program

  • provide appropriate references

Once we are satisfied that they have the required capabilities, we provide the following training:

  • internal policies

  • first aid

  • evacuation plan (in the case of emergencies)

Finally, these people will work under supervision for a probation period in order for us to assess their behavior with the children.

N.B.: The headmistress Mrs. Marie-Claire Martin has received two awards of excellence from the West Island Chamber of Commerce for a business in the service area ( 1987 ) and for a business ( Day nursery ). The care she takes in selecting her staff guarantees that your child will receive the best care in this field.
