Career profile.

Marie-Claire Martin is highly involved in the field of education. When one looks at her achievements, it is very clear how much she loves this field. Founder and headmistress of the Daycare and Educational Center, she has had more than 25 years of experience designing and managing educational and cultural projects in Québec. Mrs. Martin, who has demonstrated leadership and great creativity, has always been committed to offering a first-rate educational service for children, to the great satisfaction of their parents.

Her involvement in Montreal's West Island and her broadminded views about the world, led to the creation of one of the first educational daycares in that part of the city. Her special vision about multiple language learning and cultural enrichment provides the children and their parents with quality educational services.

Les Trésors de Marie-Claire (1991)

This is an educational daycare in great demand in the West Island that can accomodate over 160 children ranging from 3 months to 5 years of age. Les Trésors de Marie-Claire is a dream come true for its founders, Mrs. Marie-Claire Martin and Mr. Max Druker.

Garderie Mélutine (1990 – 1991)

This was the first daycare started in the West Island to be changed into a centre oriented to empathetic child development.

N.B.: Due to exceptional recruiting efforts, the number of children in the daycare went from 10 to over 30 in a single year.

Les Amours de Marie-Claire (1985 –1990)

This was one of the first bilingual educational daycares to also offer a pre-school. It was located in an ideal spot (near the water on a green stretch of land with flowers), in a specially decorated and furnished house.
