In our facilities

Power outlets are installed higher than usual. Heating ducts are located on the ceiling, thereby removing any risk of burns. Every room has its own mini-pharmacy to store children's medication out of reach. Cleaning products are always locked up. On every floor, an evacuation plan is posted with a fire alarm and a fire extinguisher. Every room has its own smoke detector. All our equipment and furnishings both inside of the building and out, are in excellent condition.

Staff training

Staff members are trained in first aid techniques. We carry out a fire drill twice a year. When we hire people, we have a strict selection to ensure they meet our criteria. New staff members are well supervised for a probation period in order to validate their skills and attitude.

Internal structure

• A permission card system has been implemented for when a child is picked up at the daycare.
• The doors are locked at all times and an access code is required.
• The caretaker/child ratio allows the adult to monitor the children at all times.
• Food is prepared with the needs of the individual child in mind.
